“It is not as weird as I thought it would be!” Please watch the above video from your fellow Yoga students discussing their virtual class experiences. Their perspectives are inspiring to hear.  (Thank you, Ben, Sharon, Maryann and Eve for sharing your insight and wisdom with all of us!)

As your teachers Shelly, Karie, Maria, and I continue to learn more about online classes, I would say they are going much better than I anticipated. Online classes are sustaining us in this time of social distancing and supporting us emotionally, physically, and spiritually through the ancient teachings of Yoga.  The Sanskrit word – Yoga – is defined as union or connection and thanks to Zoom technology, we have been able to do just that… practicing Yoga together using our phones, iPads, and computers.  A huge thank you to those of you who transitioned to our virtual Yoga studio. We are grateful for your dedication to your Yoga practice and honored you have stuck with us during this new way of delivering the Yoga teachings to you. If you’ve taken a break from Yoga or you have hesitated in trying an online class, I would like to offer you a free class between now and May 3rd.

Our next 8-week series runs May 3 to June 27. We will start the series in our virtual studio then move back to the Sound Yoga studio once we have been cleared to do so.  If you’d like to sign up for our next series or attend a free trial class use the link on our home page.  Once we have received your registration we will contact you with a confirmation.

Please stay healthy and safe. Karie, Shelly, Maria, and I look forward to seeing you soon whether it’s during our virtual online Yoga classes or in our warm SoundYoga studio.

Peace,

Chris
