When I was young, growing up on an apple orchard in Eastern Washington, winter was a special time for us and there was usually lots of snow. I can remember just standing outside, all bundled up, deep in the snow, just listening. No one was working in their orchards. It was so quiet. Peaceful. Now as an adult, I can put myself in that place, sit quietly and feel that peace. I encourage you to reflect on a time when you were young and felt a similar sense of peace. Let it fill your being.

Peace within brings peace without.

Wishing everyone a peaceful holiday season, and may that peace extend throughout the year.
