Chris DormaierOur lives are busy with family and work so it’s difficult to find time to attend a yoga class. Doing yoga 15 minutes everyday will help you sleep better, reduce stress, have more energy and be more focused.

Christine will develop a practice for you, with easy to follow instructions, that meets your needs, whether it be an early morning practice to prepare for your day, or an evening practice to wind down and prepare for sleep. Your practice might include: asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), and reflection. No matter what your physical condition might be you will grow at your own pace.

Working one on one is the best way to address your personal needs. Christine will explore through a variety of techniques including movement, breathing,sound and meditation developing a personalized take-home practice that addresses your circumstance.

With more than 15 years of teaching experience, Christine, a Certified Yoga Therapist, specializes in developing yoga practices that help individuals strive for better health and a happier, more balanced lifestyle.

Christine has worked with structural yoga therapy, injury rehabilitation, M.S., asthma,chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, heart conditions, stress, depression and anxiety.

Christine will walk with you on your journey to wellness.
